You will be guided through a breath-inspired yoga practice that invites you to tune in to the subtle energy flowing within. Using the breath as the guiding force you will be encouraged to explore the energetic flow inside your body – listening, feeling and moving with the freedom to go where your body is telling you at that moment in time. It’s all about moving mindfully, following your breath and connecting to your internal teacher.

You will be challenged, but you will have fun and will never ever feel like you are not good/flexible/young enough for yoga.

As a teacher I share what I have experienced and explored in my own body and that I feel will benefit others.  I believe that making even a small amount of time in your life for yoga can be hugely rewarding whatever your age, fitness level, shape or size –  after all yoga is for everyone and every body!

My aim is to offer classes which are accessible to all, welcoming and non judgemental. Where everyone get something out of it. Where we build and nurture sense of community (Sangha) and acceptance.
